I have found you must treat them with two separately medication. For gas and bloating, OTC Gas-X or any product OTC Simethicone 250mg.
As for the Acid Reflux, a combination of acid reducer and acid blocker is often used.
Acid reducers, such as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 blockers, reduce the amount of acid your stomach produces. A common H2 Blocker is Famotidine and they start working within 30 minutes.
Regarding PPI's, they work over a longer period of time, help your digestive tract to heal. It can take many months. You should speak to or see a doctor, because need to discover your triggers to get it all under control. It's not always food by itself, stress is a big factor.
