There is no difference, Jantoven is the brand name & Warfarin is the generic name.
Jantoven is not a brand name-it is also a generic just like Warfarin. Coumadin
is the brand name.
Rajive is correct. Jantoven and Coumadin are each different companies' brand name for the generic drug warfarin.
