Yes, it's possible.
"Common (1% to 10%of users): Abdominal pain"
"Rare (less than 0.1% of users): Menstrual disorders associated with increased bleeding or increased irregular bleeding"
"Uncommon (0.1% to 1% of users): Bladder pain, breast pain, pelvic pain"
Let your doctor know you're having these problems and get their professional advice.

Hope I don't have to quit this medication because it really seems to work an I have tried so many before.

It's good stuff. I took Effexor/venlafaxine for over 7 years and it worked great for me too.
