Yesterday I might have taken an extra dose of duloxetine and I’ve been freaking out about it wondering if I’ll get any bad side effects when should I take my next dose could I overdose or get serotonin syndrome
I think I accidentally took an extra dose of duloxetine 60mgs yesterday should I be worried?

Worst case it might have caused some nausea and drowsiness but it would have started yesterday. You would have taken the maximum recommended dose but you didn't overdose and you shouldn't have any long term effects from it.
Serotonin syndrome is rare but it usually occurs within 24 hours and the initial symptoms are anxiety, restlessness, agitation, and twitching or tremors.
Take today's dose right on your regular schedule.
You can relax because you'll be fine.
