Does insomnia and constipation side effect pass on duloxetine?

My psychiatrist has only prescribed temazapam and even using that it doesn't help the sleep. Also senna is a stool softener. I don't know what to do as I feel this drug helps but the insomnia Is so hard to tolerate . I have tried nearly every drug u can think of for depression and they either don't help or I hav servere side effects like insomnia. I'm desperate and feel there's no hope for me.

Oh honey there's always hope. Just sometimes we can see it or feel it. Believe me I've felt just like that recently. I had to craw out of my hole all but myself. Nobody to talk to for support. We all go through it once or twice in life. Just some of us go through it more often than others. What time do you take your medicine? Day or night? Its doesn't make you sleepy at all huh? Well try taking it first thing in the morning. That way you have all day to wear yourself out. If it doesn't get better in a week or so definitely see your doctor about it. I know I'm a whole different person when I lose sleep. My own husband doesn't want to be around me if I haven't slept in a few days. It'll get better just hang in there.

I just don't no what to do anymore. I'm becoming more and more suicidal and feel it's my only way out. Nothing seems to work or the ones that do I can't handle the not sleeping at all. I have gone through all the drugs. It's been 2 years and I'm only getting worse. It seems my psychiatrist, and doctor don't even know what to do. Its like I'm out of options. I wish I had a gun and could just end my suffering.

Lasthope please wait think about what you're considering. I don't know too much about you but I'm sure you have a family and friends who will miss you terribly if you took your life. Im very worried about you. Please get yourself to the emergency room asap. The hospital seems to be the only place that can help you right now. They will give you something to help you sleep. They can't turn you away. Please tell me you'll go to the ER. Hang in there sweetie. If a complete stranger like myself can worry about you imagine what your family thinks. Keep me informed.
