I have been taking Ozempic for 6 weeks for weight loss only. The side effects for me are horrible. Can I just stop taking it? Can not cope with the nausea and tiredness

Please call your doctor or pharmacist and see if you need to wean off of it. There is no pill that is safe from side effects. There is no reasonable health care provider who would expect you to keep taking any medication that is distressing you so much.
