Canker sore while on nystatin?

Hi, I am on day 5 of nystatin for oral thrush. I take 5ml of nystatin 4 times daily and the white stuff on my mouth went away. It seemed to be getting better but today I saw a canker sore on my tongue and I began to get worried that the medicine isn’t working?

I got my second Depo shot today and it hurts really bad! Normal?

Got my second Depo shot today and I didn’t recall the first one hurting this much. It’s so sore and it just hurts to touch and it is a bit warm. Should I have a doctor look at it?

Does methotrexate cause sores on your anal area?

I have been on methotrexate for 2 weeks and ever since I started taking it I immediately developed blister like sores around the anal area. Is this common or just a strange side effect.
