2 months after taking the postinor 2 pill,does it cause side effects such as swollen belly,swollen,sore, enlarged breasts,nusuea,on and off acne coupled with on and off whitish spotting (blood mixed with white mucus-like substance)?

Yes, it can certainly cause those side effects, as they are all potentially hormonal side effects, & this drug can effect some women, for months.
I would suggest a pregnancy test, to be cautious, also.

Thanks LousArk, however, I have taken several pregnancy tests the latest being about 4 days ago. Am spotting now since 16th of this month. I also have the implant in me though it expired 5 months before the sexual intercourse.i had experienced the same spotting while on the implant but now confused no period but light bleeding twice.1St 5 days after the pill and secondly a month after and still on going thou not consistent. Apparently for 2 weeks,I have swollen breasts, abdominal and lower back pain,spotting and acne.but negative home pregnancy tests.

It could be a combination of the falling level of hormone from your expired implant, & the huge dose of hormone in the emergency contraception. You body is, likely, quite confused.
