Chantix - How long does it take to start working?

I am on day 4 an still smoking not as much but still. I have had no side effects yet or dreams except for this morning I got nauseated after I took it then it went away.

I'm trying to quit smoking, but while I am is it ok to have one once in a while on Xarelto?

Because it's harder than I thought quiting. I have a clot in my right calf and was just prescribed to this med. Thanks.

Smoking marijuana after taking tramadol?
