Whats the best time of day to take venlafaxine?

when I take it at bedtime I have trouble sleeping so is it better to take it first thing in the morn

I have been taking quetiapine for years off and on and different doses. I'm on a higher dose now and I'm sleeping 12 hours a night even with an alarm. I take 100mg nightly. I also have narcolepsy which could have some play. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Thanks.
