I take one 50 MG Tramadol every night but the next day feel fuzzy in the head. Is that normal?

I have nights where I can't lay still and toss and turn all night. I take one 50 MG Tramadol at bedtime and am able to lay still and go to sleep. But the next day I feel fuzzy in the head. I don't like this feeling. Will it eventually go away?
