Can you take Anafranil safely during pregnancy?

Can Anafranil be used safely during pregnancy? I am currently trying to get pregnant and I am on 100mg of Prozac but may need to add in Anafranil for OCD. Could I have a healthy pregnancy on this combination?

How do you feel on Prozac?

I’m very afraid to start Prozac. My primary gave it to me because I’m battling PTSD, and severe panic attacks and depression. I lost my mom and I’m just looking for something to help. I just want to see how others feel on Prozac.
