Any one take Contrave before bed instead of morning to alleviate side effects?

Can you drink 350 calories for Latuda?
I know to absorb Latuda you must eat 350 calories. What I'm wondering is what consistent see it must be. Can I drink a protein shake with milk and a banana if it equals 350 calories? Doctors and pharmacists have no answer for me. Has anyone dealt with this?
