I know to absorb Latuda you must eat 350 calories. What I'm wondering is what consistent see it must be. Can I drink a protein shake with milk and a banana if it equals 350 calories? Doctors and pharmacists have no answer for me. Has anyone dealt with this?

Hello! I tried taking Latuda at night with dinner... my largest meal of the day... but I had trouble sleeping so I switched to mornings. I don't usually eat much of any breakfast but my psychiatrist suggested drinking a protein shake with fruit or a product like Ensure or Boost.
Solved my problem and I hope it helps with your question.
Best regards, Wildcat
P.S. remember to avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice.
Thank you! That helps tons!!!
