Suprep Bowel Prep Kit - Not working yet and I took it at 4 1/2 hours ago. I have gas but that's it?

I'm very worried because I don't want to have to do this again and I don't understand why it isn't working yet. Not only have I not eaten anything all day long to get ready, not I'm not doing anything for this scary procedure. What the heck to do?!

Is the Miralax prep just as effective as Suprep bowel prep? Which is better?

What have others used to ease side-effects from Reclast infusion?

Cannot take Tylenol. Ibuprofen ineffective. Doctor did not advise any pre-infusion prep nor discuss any possible side effects from Reclast infusion.
