What can I take with plavix insted of asprin for back pain?

I take plavix for heart and have been taking 2 asprin a day for back pain

Can taking Plavix interfere with sleeping?

I had a mini stroke 9 months ago and was put on plavix. since then I find it impossible to sleep unless I take a sleeping aid. i wonder if the Plavix could be the cause. I am not taking any other medicines that cause sleep disturbance.
