Stopping Prolia after 1 injection?

Has anyone stopped Prolia cold turkey? I am having, what I believe, are bad side effects, such as back pain, teeth hurting, exhaustion, muscle weakness. I have only had 1 injection.

I have a student that have gastritis and she uses Tylenol for pain (4 tabs. of 500 mg)?
