Can you take an OTC cold medicine while you are taking the Z-pak?

Can you buy it over the counter or does it have to be a prescription? I suffer from weight loss due to stress and it gets so bad I get migraines everyother day. I can't sleep or eat. I'm afraid by the time I snap out of it I will be so little ppl might think I was on drugs

Can ofloxacin ophthalmic solution be used for chronic dry eyes?

I foundn a bottle in my medicine cabinet and according to drugs.com, it is prescribed for bacteria in the eye. I was diagnosed with chronic dry eyes years ago and none of the OTC solutions don't work. I am financially unable to afford Restasis.

Onions & leg cramps?

OTC Voltaren says use for 21 days max. Can I use it for 21 days for my ankles and...

... then switch to my knees? Should I have several weeks or more in between the two uses? Also, does the benefit of Voltaren stop when you stop taking it after 21 days? (Does the pain go back to the pre-Voltaren level). It's osteoarthritis of knees and ankles.
