What is a good add on for anxiety and depression with prozac?

Anafranil - I've been on clomipramine 5 days now how long does it take to start feeling better?

I'm on 25 mg of clomipramine for my ocd thoughts, I can't seem to get them outta my mind how long does it take?

Should I start taking 25mg Zoloft at night then switch to morning after a week or two?

If so, on the day I switch should I skip that night and take it right when I get up in the morning? I'm just really skeptic about taking medicine for my PTSD. I am 19 btw
