Anyone experienced neck, shoulder and arm pain (muscle or spasm) while on Lexapro?

Acetaminophen - Neck pain shoulder pain hand pain?

Gabapentin - I’ve got osteoarthritis on my back neck and for years it’s be going in to my head?

So I’ve be getting bad headaches for years. And is getting worse it can last for a week and puts me in bed.if I take gabapentin 600 would it help with the pain.

The blood flow to the brain is not good, there is pain in the neck and dizziness in the head?
