Can weaning off of amitriptyline cause these side effects? and if so what should I do about it?

I can't remember if I took my Lexapro 20 mg this morning accidentally. take again in case or no?

I can't remember if I took my Lexapro 20mg this morning with my vitamins accidentally, I take it nightly, and my last dose was last night(unless I took it this am). is it better to take it and maybe take too much, or skip a dose?

I have been on Lexapro for 16 days (5mg for 12 days and 10mg for the last 4 days).

I am very anxious and have trouble sleeping. I take a 0.5mg tab of Lorazepam am and pm which helps some, but I cannot be on it for too long.
