Omeprazole - Could this drug damage the kidney?

IS IT go through the kidney? I have high the caratinine, that is a hormone of the kidney, which is measure to verify if the kidney is working right.

Since lisinopril and meloxicam can affect our kidney function, is there another BP RX I can take?

My mother recently started using the Butrans patch. A nurse told her to place the patch directly over the pain site which is in the upper lumbar region near the kidneys. Can placement of the patch in this are cause any medical concerns?
