What scale is used to find the severity in this drug-drug interaction checker?

I would like to know what scale you guys used for finding the severity of this potential drug -drug interaction.

Cymbalta and cyclobenzaprine interactions?

My doctor prescribed 60 mg Cymbalta and 10mg of cyclobenzaprine. I checked my drug interactions and it says not to take together. Has anyone experienced interactions with these two drugs?

Must quit cannabis because of drug interaction?

How to quit cannabis? I suffer from fibromyalgia which causes chronic pain, insomnia, and have a lot of stress in life. I keep slipping up! I'm on a drug to reverse my fibromyalgia and cannabis blocks the drug from working.

I take Buspar 5mg but cut it and a half and Zofran 4mg. Before when I looked up the interactions it said minor, now it says major. What do I do? I need to take my Buspar. I called the pharmacy and the lady said there was no interactions. I'm confused.
