This morning I mixed up meds not thinking straight and being extremely tired and ended up taking my girlfriends Topamax 25mg for chronic migraines instead of Lexapro 5 mg I’m a bit worried as what side effects I might have from accidentally taking this, should I be fine in 24hrs?, and will I have some sort of withdrawal just from taking one or should I be just fine? Thank you

Hi, guitarboi!
You should be fine. 25mg is a very low dose (daily maximum 400mg) and any side effects would be minimal. The most common are nausea and sleepiness and I think you'd be feeling them by now.
Also, you wouldn't have any withdrawals after just one dose.
