Aripiprazole - Aripriprazole and anxiety?

Did anyone have anxiety as a side effect from aripriprazole? I’m taking it with escitalopram.

Was on 15mg of Lexapro for a while then went to 20mg two days ago. Too late to go back to 15mg?

I was on 10mg for 2 months then 15mg of lexapro for 1 month, and feeling no effect so I increased to 20mg two days ago and I want to reduce immediately. Will I feel withdrawal if I go back to 15mg immediately?

300 mg at bedtime is helping my chronic, extreme insomnia, but the weak, fatigued feeling during the next day has me wondering if Seroquel is the med for me. If I persevere with this much Seroquel at night will the daytime sedation diminish or is it becoming time I ask my shrink for a different med?
