Stopped 40mg of omeprazole 2 days ago - when do side effects stop?

I took 40mg of omeprazole for 9 days but the side effects have been awful: headaches, fatigue, brain fog, nausea. I stopped taking them 2 days ago but still dealing with the crappy side effects. When should the side effects stop or get better? I am very sensitive to tablets. Thanks

Wegovy - reverting to 0.05 dose, I am not tolerating 0.10?

Bcause of the shortage of higher dose I have taken 3 months of 0.05 and had no side affects and lost about a 1lb week. I am now on the second week of 0.10 and am really miserable with reflux, indigestion, especially at night. Could I alternate between 0.05 and 0.10, or even just use 0.05?

I’m trying to rearrange the schedule of my medications. I take famotidine & pantoprazole together. Then one hour later Motegrity. Next is 10ml extra-strength Mylanta an hour after the Motegrity. Half hour later is breakfast. Is this a safe or reasonable schedule for these meds?
