Fluoxetine 10 mg side effects?

I just started 10 mg of fluoxetine (day 1) and notice, headache and upset stomach. Will this pass after a week?

I just started 20 mg of fluoxetine and feel very sleepy?

In what order should I take my medications?

I take Levothyroxine 25 MG first thing in the morning then in the evening after my meal I take Fluoxetine HCL 20 MG, Loratadine 10 MG and Crestor 40 MG. Is this ok or should I take some of these at different times during the day?

Is it ok to take Rhodiola with Fluoxetine? Some sites say yes, some say no?
