It seems I can take 90 Cymbalta, but not 120. After 10 days on 120, I feel agitated & irritated?

My doctor upped my dose of sertraline from 100 mg to 150 mg and put me on buspirone 7.5 mg. That was a week ago and I have loss of appeitite and alittle nausea. Is this normal? I'm also taking alprazolam for anxiety when needed. Please advise if anyone has had this after getting dosage upped?
