Took Eliquis 4.50 hours late this morning?

I have Afib and take Eliquis 5mg twice a day 9:30 am and 9:30 pm. For the first time, I forget my morning dose this morning and took it at 1:30 this afternoon. Now I am wondering what time tonight would it be acceptable to take the second dose. Roberta

Can I take my Medrol dose pack (methylprednisolone) and oxycodone? I have a severe headache.

I started a Medrol dose pack this (6 tabs for the first day) and have felt nauseous all night so far and with a terrible headache. I took Zofran a couple hours ago to help my nausea but I really need something to help the headache. Is this combination OK?
