Acetaminophen/Tramadol - I accidentally double my dosage of tramdol?

The dosage is 2 capsule of 37.5-325 totaling 4 tablets. Can this hurt me?

I took an overdose of Lisinopril. Instead of 10 mg, I took 30 mg. Do I need to worry about that?
