Contrave and Alli can they be taking together?

I have to take Alli due to no gallbladder for over 20 years it helps with digestion. But still have a weight problem so my doctor also prescribed Contrave is it safe to take together?

Contrave - What is considered a "high fat" meal?

I have read that you shouldn't take Contrave with a high fat meal but I cannot find where there is any explanation as to their idea of "high fat." Is it total fat? Trans fat? Saturated fat? What number constitutes "high?"

What side effects are usual for the first days? I've been on it for two days now and don't feel hungry, did not even want a plate of chinese food yesterday and feel a bit hyper. I had trouble sleeping last evening between 1230 and 2 AM.
