What side effects are usual for the first days? I've been on it for two days now and don't feel hungry, did not even want a plate of chinese food yesterday and feel a bit hyper. I had trouble sleeping last evening between 1230 and 2 AM.

I’m on it and for me, moderate dizziness and complete aversion to any food were the first two symptoms to present themselves. And when tasting foods, it does not stimulate your appetite at all, borderline nausea keeps you from wanting any food at all.

"The most common side effects reported with CONTRAVE include nausea, constipation, headache, vomiting, dizziness, trouble sleeping (insomnia), dry mouth, and diarrhea."
