Doxycycline - Will docycycline help vertigo?

I've had sinus infection that turned to bronchitis and kicked in some asthma. Sinus pressure still present on and off and getting occasional vertigo, dizzy few times.

Zithromax Z-Pak - I just picked up my Z-Pak from the pharmac. The label says take two tablets.
