Birth Control - Last night me and my girlfriend had sex but as I was pulling out the condom,,,

... stayed in her which means the semen definitely got inside her. She’s been on birth control for a while now. Should she take Plan B? She takes her pills every day, sometimes not exactly at the same time but she always takes it. I am worried. Please help.

I typically take my pill everyday at 6pm tonight I forgot and took it around 7:30.. does that mean I should take 2 tomorrow? I’m confused on how much of a time frame I have to take my pill.

My birth control dissolved under my tongue. Will it still be effective?

I took my birth control yesterday and put it under my tongue while I was getting water, by the time I got the water it was basically dissolved with only a small amount of powder left which I then swallowed, did I get the full dosage in this case? Am I still protected?

I've had my implant for about a year and recently have started to notice throbbing pain around the implant site and numbness/cramping down my arm. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I get this checked out?
