I am currently taking melatonin and I have seen it makes your Nexplanon stop working which it can cause you to be pregnant but I haven’t been having sex 6 months ago, so if my Nexplanon stops working could I be pregnant even though I stopped having sex 6 months ago?

If you put the two drug names into the Interactions Checker, on this website, you can see if there's any problems, taking them together.
Having done this, it states that there are no interactions, so your implant would not be effected by it.
Apart from that, no hormonal birth control is 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy, so there's always a chance of pregnancy. It would be unusual to be 6 months pregnant, & not have any signs.
If you're worried that you're 6 months pregnant, then I suggest a pregnancy test.
