Lithium for manic depression 1200mg?

I'm taking lithium for manic depression. I am getting a dose of 1200 mg (4 Pills) (1200MG its enough to Maintenance treatment over time) How to take the 4 pills? Take them all together or divide them twice a day? Morning and evening? Thank you

Citalopram - I’ve been on antidepressants for 20+ years for anxiety and depression.

I have tried various drugs and doses I am currently on 30mg of citalopram but still get quite anxious and depressed at times.Should I go up to 40mg or try something different? Thank you.

Took Depakote for a week and now I've wet my bed 3 times in 10 days !?
