Bad reaction on 1 Remeron.

I took a 7.5mg generic of Remeron last night. I have anxiety and depression. I have tried 5 antidepressants with no success. I take 0.5mg Ativan a day for anxiety. What if you’re given Leading generic Ativan and it doesn’t work? Pharmacy won’t exchange it?

Diazepam - Can you stop taking Valium and start Ativan?

I've been on Valium for 20+ years and today my doctor tells me to switch to Ativan at the same dose. Is that ok? Will I withdraw from Valium or will Ativan affect me with Valium still in my system?
