Buspirone - 9 days in would it be better to take with food?

Would it be bad to change to taking buspirone with food? Won't it last longer? I still haven't felt the effect of this medicine. Oh I get the insomnia though.

Clonazepam - Do I really need an SSRI with a benzo?

I am currently on 20 mg Viibryd. I do not have depression but I have suffered with anxiety and I do have GAD. I’m not certain the Viibryd is working but I still have to talk colonzapam .25 2 x a day. Anyone else only on benzo and helps your GAD, anxiety, OCD etc?

I know increased anxiety and depression are side effects of starting Zoloft?

I have been on mirtazapine for 5 weeks mainly for insomnia but also have anxiety had no improvement with sleep so on zopiclone which does give me some sleep anyone else found it not helping with sleep ?as all reviews are saying it works well am I being impatient and not given it enough time ?
