What is the difference between an "real Xanax bar" and a "fake Xanax bar" ?

My reason 4 this question is because there have been fake Xanax's floating around the town where I live. They are green and have the imprint S 90 3. Just like the real ones but they're thicker. They are said to have fentanyl in them. What is the actual thickness of a real one?
