After being on Zoloft for over two weeks, I started grinding my teeth and having pain in my teeth. It has already been six days like this. Has anyone had this and did it go away after getting used to it? I'm trying to reach my doctor about this. Please share your experience with me on this
Thank You

Yes. I started teeth grinding when I went from 100mg to 200 mg. Along with the teeth grinding, I have almost constant tension headaches and neck and shoulder tightness and pain.
Yes, I had the same it can be 2 reasons, side effect or withdrawal. You should take meds as your doctor recommends. You should be talking to your doctor, online like this is very limited.
I am a deep sleeper and have been on sertraline (Zoloft) for about three years, only 50mg/day. My dentist the last two visits has been very concerned that I am grinding my teeth. I’ve never had issues with this before (perfect teeth checkups for 40 years), but during the last three years, I’ve managed to grind down my front teeth (top and bottom) almost 1/16th of an inch. They now have sharp 90 degree edges as if someone took a file and squared their round tips. One help for this is a mouth guard (got one on Amazon a week ago), which has helped my teeth, but makes my bite sore in the jaw each morning because it doesn’t eliminate the grinding, it only cushions the teeth. My dentist can make me a professional one for $170… but I’ve chosen to begin the process of talking with my doctor about weening off the sertraline and finding something more natural to combat my need for the drug. Hope this information helps you.
