First day of 112.5 mg this morning and this afternoon had a bad panic attack. I took 1mg Ativan as prescribed for attack. It helped. Tonight again another severe panic, short of breath, chest tight, fear, anxiety. I took 1mg Ativan without relief. Diarrhea, shaky, etc. can’t reach psych!! Please help! Do I have to be like this all night and for days?
Someone help me! Venlafaxine 150 over 3-4 months up from 75mg and something before.

Took Desvenlafaxine 150 maybe a year before switched to Venlafaxine 75mg, then up to 150 mg few months later.
I see I’m on some other meds that have interactions with them and others!!
Feeling a little better tonight at 1:15am. Still epigastric and left side pain.
Any comments or suggestions?
Heard from psych. I researched drug interactions that I take. Many bad interactions.
Improving. I’ll take bedtime things now and meditate and hope many things will be better tomorrow!!
