Smoking - if your taking chantix can you still smoke marijuana?

Mercedes, Although I do not recommend the use of illegal drugs, being illegal if your in a state that it isn't legal. Anyhow, Chantix is used to quit smoking cigs. I don't believe it has any effect on pot. Having said that, please understand I am not judging you in any way. I am more concerned of your use of Chantix!! it is a very dangerous drug. The side effects are life threatening, not to mention the severe mood swings, agitation, strange dreams, paranoia, etc.. I've seen first hand how it can change a very calm, gentle person into a raving lunatic. please be careful with this drug. NIK
