I am not a doctor but from my experiences, no, but yes. The side effects are there but you learn to work with them. However if after a period of time and dosage adjustments have stopped and you are experiencing distress or a lower quality of life from your symptoms I recommend you speak to your doctor to discuss the best treatment to help you.
