He ejaculated inside me. I took the unwanted 72 within an hour. Now it’s 24 hours. I don’t want to get pregnant, is there any other way i can do to just get sureity of not getting pregnant, or should i do something? I am so tensed about the pregnancy and i have pcod so my periods already delays, so I’m petrified.

There is no evidence that 2 doses are more effective than 1 dose.
Due to approaching ovulation, I'd probably have gone for the other emergency pill, Ella (Ulipristal Acetate), but as you've now used the other pill, Ella is not an option. Hopefully you had time for the drug you took, to delay ovulation.
The other thing you could do, if you wanted another measure, would be to have a Paragard IUD fitted, by a doctor, within 5 days of the unprotected sex. That may prevent a pregnancy implanting, if the pill you took does not delay your ovulation.
