After taking unwanted 72 if periods come after 15 days then doesnt come till now then can there be?

I had sex after complition of my periods I took unwanted 72 bt I had 12 days early periods for 3 days after that I wait till next period there is period and I do ecp it shows negative and usg shows prgnancy wht should I do now

There is a chance of pregnancy so you need to do a pregnancy test, first thing in the am.
