I've just started on this med and I have had absolutely no appetite. Previous to starting the med I was ravenous at all hours. I am really hoping to be successful to lose 25 lbs so that I can qualify for bariatric surgery. I wish you the best of luck

Yes, semaglutide can cause metabolic changes resulting in weight loss in a small number of patients:
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Hypoglycemia, decreased appetite, weight loss"
