My insurance company denied mine the first time, and my doctor resubmitted it and they approved it. Might want to try that. Good luck!
Hi, I can only speak for myself, I have Type 2 diabetes and a BMI over 30. I met with a weight loss doctor and had no problem with insurance coverage or preauthorization. It was only $29.99 after insurance. The retail price was $1,415.00! Hope this helps.
Okay great thank you for your response if you don't mind me asking what insurance do you have for your prescriptions?
