I sell commercial insurance and I'm having a hard time finding this drug on any formularies. Has anyone had a fully insured (not partially self funded/self funded) carrier pay toward this drug?

I have UHC as well. It all depends on the formulary. I was told my husband’s employer chose the formulary. Despite multiple appeals they refused. They would rather pay for Gastic Bypass than preventative medication!
Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC.
Does it cover this drug? It’s open season and I am gonna switch so I can get it
I have UHC my copay is 125 but I use the savings card and pay 30.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Do you still have this insurance & do you know if this is still covered. I have UHC Choice Plus and was just prescribed Saxenda. I was given a sample box for 2 weeks, so just wondering if my insurance will cover it. I have an 80/20, do normally i pay 20% when i go to a doctor visit, not sure how pharmacy works for this drug.
I have Aetna insurance and it paid all but my $45 co-pay
