I had one but so need to take a another one my back is in so much pain!!

patpavlock - Safe to take these packs back to back. I have been on some dose of steroids for the biggest part of 30 yrs. These packs are usually declining each day in dosage. Apparently the 1st pack did not do all the doc wanted it to do, hence the extra pack. Have to say, this is better than being on them long term.
