It seems as if you're experiencing very common side effects of these two medications. These generally resolve over days to a week or two as your metabolism adjusts to the drugs.
If your side effects don't seem to be improving you should let your doctor know. It may be just a matter of time but a temporary dosage adjustment might be helpful. Also, your doctor or pharmacist/chemist may be able to suggest a remedy for your insomnia.
It's very important to stay in close contact with your doctor during this initial phase to report on your progress... or lack of progress. So give them a call, okay?
